What are your shipping fees?
Our flat rate shipping fee is $15.00. We offer free shipping for all orders of $100 or more.
When will my order be shipped?
BRAVE Leather products are custom made-to-order so please expect one week turnaround time plus shipping. When you first place your order, you will receive an email with your order status as “Awaiting Fulfillment”. This means we have received your order and are in the process of creating your BRAVE Leather piece in our workshop. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped.
What if I want a different size or colour not shown?
If you don't see your size or would like a style in a different colour that is not shown on the product page, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1.888.655.6905.
What if i’m not sure about my size?
This is a common question. Belts can be worn three ways - in your belt loops, at the natural waist, and/or low on the hips. We suggest you take a belt you currently own and measure from where the leather folds around the buckle, to the hole you use to close the belt. Please refer to our size guide for more detailed instructions. If you are still unsure, email us and we will help! Please Note: Custom sizes are not returnable.

Is ordering over the internet secure?
Yes. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used for every transaction to ensure that each order is secure. SSL encrypts transmissions from our e-commerce servers as well as your computer. SSL encryption works by forming a matched pair with the transmission from your computer transmission and our server, so that only data to and from these sources can be valid.
How do I change or cancel an order?
If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. We cannot cancel or change an order once it has been shipped. Please note that custom sizes, or items that have been monogrammed or personalized are not returnable.
I signed up for the newsletter but didn't receive my coupon code?
Please check your spam/junk folder and make sure to add email@example.com to your address book. The promo code can only be used once and cannot be combined with any other offers, sales or promotions. If you have already signed up for our newsletter and received a code, you cannot sign up again for a second promo code. If you are still having trouble, please contact us.

Where are BRAVE Leather products made?
All of our products, for 25 years, have been made by our team of skilled artisans in our own Toronto workshop.
What kind of leather do you use?
We choose leathers that are produced by the traditional process of vegetable tanning. Our leather is also exclusively a by-product of the food industry. Not one piece of leather has ever come from an animal sacrificed for its skin, and consequently the hides that are used to make our leather products are removed from direction to landfills.
What is vegetable tanned eco leather?
Vegetable tanned eco leather is leather tanned exclusively with vegetable tanning agents, or with such materials, together with small amounts of other agents used merely to assist the tanning process - to improve or modify the leather - and not in sufficient amounts to alter notably, the essential vegetable character of the leather. The process is completely natural and are free of toxic chemicals.
